DIRECTIONS: Apply every 50 hours of rowing machine use.
(1) Apply one teaspoon of RowRight Rowing Machine Chain Oil to paper towel.
(2) Gently pull the rowing machine chain all of the way out, keeping tension to avoid the chain retracting back into the rower fan.
(3) Starting at the end of the chain opposite of the handle, put the paper towel around the chain and allow the rower to slowly pull the chain back into the rower fan.
(4) Apply additional Row Right Rowing Machine Chain Oil to any stiff links in the rower chain.
